flank the bed. The electrical outlets have build-in USB chargers.
Master suite is spacious, and like the lower bedroom, the Smart TV is connected to 100+ cable channels, plus you can connect to your
Hulu/Netflix/Disney+/etc subscription, and you can also stream content from your device via AirPlay or Chromecast.
Master vanity has plenty of counter space.
The second bedroom has a queen-size memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, and a 1080p smart TV with Chromecast and 100+ cable TV channels.

Mammoth gets lots and lots of snow, but with your own private garage you won't have to scrape your windshield.
Garage is stocked with firewood, and a workbench in case you need to work on your skis and boards.
New for 2022, car charger outlet. Note: there is no charger cable, you would have to bring that
yourself. But there is a 240v 50A outlet in the garage, type NEMA 14-50R. If you have an electric
vehicle you'll want to make sure your charging cable has this type of plug.

Chair 23 is the highest chair lift on the mountain, servicing mostly expert terrain.
Mammoth is best with friends. (Hey guys, you're blocking the run!)
Kids 12 and under ski for free at June Mountain, about 25 miles away.
The Lakes Basin Bike Path is a short ride from the condo, and once you're on it it's a Class 1 dedicated bike path. No cars!

The bike path terminates at Horsehoe Lake, but then there's a dirt path that circles the lake.
Shady Rest Park, near the entrance to town, has some of the nicest ball fields I've ever seen.

The hike to Crystal Lake affords nice views of Lake George and Lake Mary.

Emerald Lake. The trailhead is only a few miles from the condo.
If you continue past Emerald Lake, the deep blue waters of Duck Lake lay beyond.
McGee Creek, near Lake Crowley, is stunning in the fall.
Mysterious Mono Lake, with its strange tufa structures, is only about a half hour drive from the condo.
